Gray hair is caused by a decrease in Melanocytes during the growth phase of the hair fiber within the follicle.
Some studies indicate that supplementing your diet with MSH (Melanocyte-Stimulating Hormone) may help with hair
going prematurely gray based on the theory that you will stimulate Melonocyte production. Taking MSH will also
deepen your natural skin color. As always ADVISE YOUR PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN PRIOR TO STARTING

Pros: 100% gray coverage. Resistant to fading. Can achieve shades lighter than your natural color.
Cons: Needs to be re-applied every 2 - 6 weeks based on speed of hair growth. Large color changes may be
5. Get highlights (or low lights).
Pros: Line of regrowth is diffused. Blond shades have more of a blending effect as grey grows in.
Cons: Slightly higher maintenance costs are offset by lower frequency of visits compared to permanent color.
